Letting go can be very difficult, but sometimes, most of us
let go for the right reasons at the wrong time. And when we do let go, we
sometimes make decisions based on how we feel, like eat away with our emotions.
I did this exactly or somewhat in the past few months. Grabbing grub and
munching away on lonelier days and stayed in bed with lost appetite on sad
days.
This is a very good equation for gaining unwanted weight and
having excess baggage in our hearts. Nothing to fret about, there’s always
something that can be done. We just have to look at things in a different
perspective. Nobody knows the way it’s gonna be really. But we can change our
vantage point and it will make things a little bit better than it really is.
The first thing we can start on is thinking of ways on how
to chase them blues away. We need to keep busy, but doing something that is
interesting to us. For me, I think I’d go for sports or something that is
physically engaging activity. Been through the net and when crappy signal isn’t
so crappy, my interest gets directed to what’s called HIIT workout (High
Intensity Interval Training).
This just might be the challenge I’d be excited to take on. A
lot on the web seem simple enough to do and seems physically engaging too. Finding
something to do that will help with weight loss isn’t just about looking good.
It’s also about feeling good about ourselves and about sweating off negative
energy. This will be a great way to chasing them blues away!
