Drenched earth of brown and green as ever deep and mean
beneath the ocean floor lay still
Awaiting thunder, rain and sky of waves
The quiet blue oceans keep secrets forgotten
Far and away in unreachable depths
Slip inside Poseidon’s shade
Untapped and feared pit of waves
The sleeping ocean creeps quietly
Restless and wandering amidst earth’s bossom.
